One of our primary goals is to make sure that a prospective student and his or her family becomes familiar with St. Andrew's during the Admissions process. Our Admissions team is available to work closely with all families interested in becoming part of our dynamic community and we are eager to assist you. We strongly encourage applicants to begin the process as early as possible to allow significant time for completion and for St. Andrew's to receive all necessary paperwork. Admissions requirements vary slightly based on the program (Middle School, Upper School, International Students, and Learning Services), so please review each step below and we look forward to hearing from you. Steps for completing the Admissions Process
Step 1 - INQUIRE:
Notify St. Andrew's of your interest by completing the convenient online Inquiry Form. In order for us to personalize your form and manage your process, families will need to establish an account with a log in and password.
Step 2 - VISIT US:
Attend an Open House and schedule an interview and day visit for your student. If unable to attend an Open House, call the Admissions Office to schedule a tour, interview, and day visit. (All interested applicants must schedule an interview and tour of the campus. If students live too far away for a visit, we can arrange for a phone interview).
Step 3 - APPLY:
All applicants are required to submit a completed Application along with a modest non-refundable application fee. If you would like to submit an Online Application, St. Andrew’s accepts the Standard Application Online (SAO) offered through SSAT. If you prefer to write a check, it will be necessary to download the application pdf file and submit it in person or by mail with the fee enclosed. Students who wish to reapply, should contact the Office of Admissions regarding their intent and to learn what forms need to be completed to reactivate their file. Please note that all forms are available for downloading in pdf format under Interesting Links at top right. The admissions deadline is January 31. After this date, applications will be considered on a space available basis.Families interested in receiving information about Financial Aid should indicate so on their application. The next step for new applicants is to contact Admissions at 401-246-1230 to set up an individual interview on campus with the student and the parent(s).
Step 4 - SUBMIT SUPPLEMENTAL APPLICATION MATERIALS
(International and Learning Services Applicants):
Please note that in addition to the application, supplemental documentation is needed and you will be able to review the status and receipt of materials submitted when logged into your account.

Step 5 - APPLY FOR FINANCIAL AID (IF NEEDED):
Families who apply to St. Andrew's and are requesting Financial Aid must complete their Parents' Financial Statement and submit all other required documents by the deadline of February 12. All applicants that send information after that will then be on a rolling basis. Select Tuition and Financial Aid for more information about this process.
Step 6 - NOTIFICATION:
Parents and students who complete the admissions process by January 25, will be notified by March 11. The admissions process is considered to be complete when all requirements indicated in Steps 1-5 have been completed.
Step 7 - RECEIPT OF CONTRACT:
Upon acceptance, applicants will receive a contract the first week of March for admittance for the upcoming school year. For applicants with materials submitted by January 31, contracts will be due by April 10 to ensure your spot for the upcoming school year.
Step 8 - RECEIPT OF SCHOOL DOCUMENTATION:
Families are expected to send their contracts back to St. Andrew's with all the necessary paperwork completed for the upcoming school year. Please select New and Returning Students Information to view all forms in pdf format.
