Welcome to our community for the 2013-2014 school year! St. Andrew’s School invites each student to find his or her strengths and to make the most of each opportunity that presents itself. Here, you will find a friendly student body and caring faculty and staff, who work together to make St. Andrew’s the solid school it is today. Seek our support and believe in yourself, then you surely will find success.

All of the forms that are needed to be completed before the school year begins for Registration and Orientation are shown below. We hope the process will be made easier by providing them online. Hard copies are still available upon request.

Yearly Forms and Information

All updated forms indicated as NEW (2013-14) should be returned no later than
August 1, 2013 unless stated otherwise (Medical Forms). All other forms will be updated and available at a later date.
