This dynamic tragedy of power and madness is adapted by theater teacher Joanne Fayan to a one-hour production. Tempted by the prophecies of three mysterious witches, Macbeth’s ambition to be King of Scotland leads him and his wife, Lady Macbeth, into an outlandish world of deceit and murder.
St. Andrew's adaptation of Shakespeare’s final tragedy, geared for high school students, is filled with the great Shakespearean elements: murder, witches, and insanity and the audience and actors alike are together on the stage for a unique and intimate theatrical experience.
