Boarding at St. Andrew's
St. Andrew's is more than a school, it's a home. Residential students living in the dorms gain a second family and the independence to live in a safe, supportive community where they can live and grow with the support of our Residential Life Team and dorm parents.
Weekends at St. Andrew's
Both residential and day students benefit from our vibrant 24/7 residential life culture. Students can eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner on campus, access our facilities after school, and enjoy time with friends on the weekends.
Service at St. Andrew's
Engaging is service is a cornerstone of St. Andrew's mission since our founding in 1893. Giving back to our community and paying it forward for future generations are core values in our school.
Travel Programs at St. Andrew's
We believe in fostering a global perspective that transcends textbooks and classroom walls. Experiential learning through travel is as an invaluable tool for personal growth.
Morning Meeting
Two mornings a week, our entire community gathers inside Keats Theatre in the McCulloch Center for the Arts for our all-school Morning Meeting — a centerpiece of our community life. This is a time for connection, announcements, reflection, celebration, and appreciation. A community member greets everyone with a friendly fist bump when entering the MCA.
Morning Meetings are hosted by upperclass students and often include special programming surrounding a holiday or cultural tradition, ranging from student presentations to guest speakers. Chapin Talks are also featured, giving our students, faculty, and staff the opportunity to share their voice on an issue or topic they are passionate about, or what it means to them to uphold the Chapin Tradition.
St. Andrew's Parent Association
The St. Andrew's Parent Association (SAPA) welcomes all parents and guardians to the school community, and provides our families with a space to connect with each other on and off campus.
SAPA supports the school through a variety of events, activities, and volunteer opportunities, and also awards two scholarships a year to members of the senior/PG class. Parents are guardians are encouraged to attend the SAPA meetings to hear from school administrators and faculty.
