Grandparents & Special Friends Day

One of our favorite spring events, Grandparents & Special Friends Day is a wonderful opportunity for our grandparents and special friends to connect with their grandchildren and learn more about St. Andrew's. Register now.


The program will begin promptly at 1:00 p.m. Because of the forecasted rain, the program will be held in Keats Theatre inside the McCulloch Center for the Arts (MCA).

Schedule of the Day

• 12:45 p.m. - Check-in begins inside the MCA lobby (students will meet you there)
• 1:00 p.m. - Formal Program begins in Keats Theatre featuring student performers and speakers
• 2:00 p.m. - Refreshments in Gardiner Dining Hall, professional photos are available, and you can visit the School Store so you can buy all your SAS gear! 
• 2:30 p.m. - Middle School students and their guests report to Mr. Gordon’s room in Hardy Hall for a fun activity
• 4:00 p.m. - Girls Lacrosse Game at Miller Field, Co-Ed Tennis Match on the tennis courts (weather dependent)      

Parking
You can park in the main lot by the soccer/lacrosse Miller Athletic Fields using the Lower Campus Road entrance (first entrance on Federal Road if you’re coming from County Road). There is also a circular drive using the main entrance if you’d like to drop off anyone before parking or require wheelchair-accessible parking. A campus map is linked here for your convenience.

Check-in
Upon arriving at the MCA lobby, you can check in to get your name tag and folder. We’ll have a special favor at the table for you to take home when you leave, so don’t forget to stop by again!

Refreshments
Following the formal program, we will be serving light refreshments of coffee, tea, lemonade, water, and small savory and sweet bites, catered by and taking place in our dining hall.
