St. Andrew’s Board of Trustees adopted a new multi-year Strategic Plan in June 2025 that aligns with the school’s mission to empower students to discover their unique value and embrace their full potential. This forward-thinking plan is designed to enhance the school’s educational impact through expansion, innovative institutional partnerships, new learning programs, cultivation of global perspectives, and alternative pathways, while affirming our values and maintaining a clear institutional identity rooted in belonging and excellence.

This Strategic Plan is the product of the tireless work of our Strategic Planning Committee in collaboration and support from consultant Antonio Viva from Leadership+Design, affirming the voices and feedback of St. Andrew’s key stakeholders including faculty, staff, administrators, trustees, alumni, and current students and families.
